Rick Brigham graduated Magna Cum Laude from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont with an Associate of Science Degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Accounting. He worked in the private industry before accepting a position at SP&Co in 1985. Rick became a partner in the firm in 1995. Rick is in charge of a large number of our governmental, nonprofit and commercial audits and is responsible for the design and implementation of our firm quality control system. Rick is also instrumental in assisting clients with developing sound internal controls as well as facilitating Fraud Risk Assessments.
Rick lives in Montpelier with his wife and enjoys playing basketball in his free time.

Chad graduated from Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont in 1992 where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Chad joined SP&Co directly out of college. Chad became a partner in 2002. He is in charge of a large number of governmental audits and provides tax planning and preparation services to many individuals and closely held businesses.
Chad lives in Barre Town with his two children. In his free time, he enjoys playing baseball on Sundays, coaching youth baseball and watching baseball and football. He is also the treasurer of the VT Mountaineers, a local non-profit collegiate baseball team.

Jordon graduated from Norwich University in 2012 where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Management with a Financial Economics concentration. He joined the SP&Co team directly out of college. Jordon performs a wide array of functions, but focuses on audits of local governments and tax services.
Jordon resides in Williston and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

Fred received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he graduated with highest honors in 1976. Prior to joining the firm in 1980, Fred had four years of experience working for a certified public accounting firm. Fred became a partner in the firm in 1982.
Fred has provided audit services for municipal governments, nonprofit corporations and commercial entities for many years. He has taught a number of courses sponsored by the Vermont Society of CPAs, the Vermont GFOA, the University of Vermont Extension Service, the Vermont League of Cities and Towns and the Vermont Clerks and Treasurer's Association.

Jenna graduated from Norwich University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Management with a concentration in Financial Economics. She joined the SP&Co team directly out of college in 2019 as a staff accountant. Jenna’s professional goals include obtaining her Certified Public Accountant license.
Jenna enjoys playing basketball and golf. She resides in Barre, Vermont.

Lori graduated from Champlain College in 1988, with an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting. She joined the SP&Co team in 2012 as the Business Manager. Besides providing management functions to SP&Co, Lori is a QuickBooks Proadvisor and provides accounting, payroll and tax services for clients. Lori passed the Certified Payroll Professional exam in September of 2014.
Lori lives in Marshfield with her husband and 2 children. During the summer months she enjoys camping with family and friends. Lori is an active member of IABBO – International Association of Approved Basketball Officials and can be found on the basketball court during winter months.

Jennifer Deyo

Jennifer joined the SP&Co team in May 2019 and provides a variety of office management functions to assist in the day-to-day operations of the firm. She has many years of experience in office management and customer service.
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, snow machining, reading a good book, and enjoying the sun.

Linda joined the SP&Co team in 1989 as an administrative assistant. She performs a wide array of administrative functions, with her main emphasis being clerical assistance in the preparation of the firm's audit reports issued. Linda's duties also include payroll processing and billing.
Linda enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, running, gardening and decorating. Linda resides in Barre Town with her husband.
Diane Zeigler

Diane Zeigler joined SP&Co team in 2023 and brings integrated experience in accounting and business management developed at multiple Vermont nonprofits and small businesses. She is a certified Quickbooks Proadvisor and holds Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Vermont. She is also a former professional singer and songwriter with five critically acclaimed recordings and eight national songwriting awards to her credit. She lives in Montpelier with her husband where they raised three children.
